Having individual central air heating systems in each apartment adds modernity, along with the luxury of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the convenience of an in-unit washer dryer, garbage disposal, and built-in wine refrigerator.
The rooftop lounge has indoor and outdoor spaces, equipped with gas grills and a complementary views of the city skyline. For puppy parents, there’s a washing station on the basement level. A small gym is equipment for “home workouts” and the adjacent fitness center caters to intensive fitness enthusiasts – a plethora of restaurants and confectioners, steps away, easily tempt to derail their efforts.
Building management is on-site during normal business hours and helpful and understanding. Maintenance requests can be placed in an online tenant portal, with prompt follow-up. Well-maintained and with common areas cleaned regularly.
